A lot of my minimal calories came from processed foods and junk food, so my body wasn’t getting many nutrients.
Yes its bad to starve. You shouldn’t be ‘pro’ a disease. And it would be healthier to lose around 20 pounds.
I had two eggs scrambled with onions, yellow pepper, garlic, and avocado for breakfast, a veggie sandwich for lunch, a taco salad for dinner, and an orange for a snack. I would be eating a bit healthier but its saturday.
Thank youu xo! Um, I was restricting and starving when i was unhealthy. Now I’m doing my best to eat healthy and clean and exercise for at least an hour a day, my body feels a lot better now (:
